Sacre Coeur Catholic Church, Fannystelle

1913

One of the finest rural Catholic churches in Manitoba, Sacre Coeur has broad facades and towers at its corners. It is in the Romanesque Revival style of architecture, which is characterized by the use of the round arch for openings and details. The asymmetrical composition of the steeples was a design used by several Roman Catholic congregations in southern Manitoba.
