Chrisit in Three Kinds of Glass

Andre and Paul Rault, France

1957

The Raults blew their own glass in the antique tradition. Some was then painted with vitreous enamels. Dalle de verre was also made in-house, in small slabs which were then broken and chiseled into a great variety of shapes. All the glass was made to fit within lead cames, which they also made, to fit their own various creations.
