Depictions of First Nations people in Canadian stained glass occur in a number of historical panels.
Over the 150 years of Canada's existence, these images have revealed attitudes ranging from stereotypical colonialism to skepticism and respect.
Several important First Nations artists have recently created church windows in Western Canada, and we plan an article on the subject.
