The Armour of God: World War One Memorial Window

McCausland Studio, Toronto

1920

From left to right, St. George, an Angel, an Everyman Warrior in armour, and St. Alban.

The faux stone tracery of this exceptional window is sometimes referred to as "niche" style, replicating the stone carving in medieval churches.

Dedication: "To the glory of God and in honour of the men of this Church who gave their lives in the cause of freedom 1914-1918."
